Returns & Refund

ZeroBill is an digital receipts application, which provides consumers with digital copy of their shopping receipt. And also provides an option for Payment via digital method using a Payment gateway.

As such it is an intermediary facilitating the delivery of shopping receipt and also transfer of payment.

It is not responsible for any missing item, lost item or payment, or any deficiency in service on part of retailer or Payment gateway.

The Refund and Return policy of respective retailer is applicable. Kindly refer it.
